*New distributors applying for term account must provide trade reference sheet containing at least three references with contact info, upload above or fax to (757) 428-5757. Approval time is approximately 5-7 days.
Orders can also be placed with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover with no trade references for immediate processing.
