Savings
The Aerosolv and ProSolv technologies allow millions of pounds of steel to be recycled each year resulting in thousands of dollars saved on disposal costs. The average savings when using Aerosolv to dispose of 4,200 aerosol cans ranges from $28,000 to $52,000.
ProSolv pays for itself after recycling as few as 8 propane-cylinders.
Safety
With Aerosolv, not only can you safely turn aerosol cans into recyclable steel, but even the solvents can be recycled right in the shop as parts cleaner and paints can be reclaimed. There are over 44,000 Aerosolv units in operation worldwide with a perfect safety record.
Spent pressurized propane-cylinders no longer have to be stored for hazardous waste treatment and handling with ProSolv technology.
Sustainability
Our technology is the only of its type to certify the depressurized canister for recycling. Both systems benefit the environment by converting aerosol cans and propane canisters into easily recyclable steel containers, keeping them out of landfills.
ProSolv also provides recycling certification tags for each canister recycled to guarantee pick-up by the handler. Recycling one small propane cylinder is equal to recycling one (1) pound of steel, saving 5,450 BTUs in subsequent steel production.
